Who handles your information

Mankash AI Labs LLP operates the Mankash AI website and its enterprise architecture and LLM engineering inquiry flows. Mankash AI Labs LLP is an affiliate of its parent company, Simbo Inc. Team members supporting a potential engagement may therefore work from India or the United States.

What we collect

The enterprise consultation form collects the contact and business information you enter: name, work email, company, role, company website, service interest, business or architecture problem, current stage, deployment boundary, decision timeline, success criteria, and up to two service-specific categories such as portfolio band, primary constraint, security scope, protected-asset category, architecture mandate, or expected engagement period.

The separate LLM Engineering form collects workflow description, current model/provider, approximate usage and cost band, example readiness, deployment constraint, decision timeline, and success criteria.

We may also retain limited attribution information such as campaign source, medium, landing page, and referrer. We do not intentionally collect datasets, customer records, credentials, or file uploads in this form.

Please do not submit confidential or security-sensitive data.Do not include source code, credentials, customer records, repository names, vulnerabilities, internal hostnames, architecture secrets, datasets, incidents, or security logs. If a conversation progresses, an approved NDA and transfer process can be arranged before sensitive information is exchanged.

How we use it

  • Review whether the proposed architecture, security, agent operations, leadership, or LLM engineering need is a potential technical and commercial fit.
  • Respond to the inquiry and arrange a technical conversation.
  • Prepare a readiness checklist, proposal, or engagement scope when requested.
  • Protect the form and website from spam, abuse, and security threats.
  • Understand aggregate campaign performance without sending form contents to analytics.

Processing and sharing

Information may be processed by authorized Mankash AI personnel and, where relevant to the inquiry, personnel supporting its parent company. Hosting, email delivery, security, scheduling, and a founder-approved CRM may process limited information on our behalf.

We do not sell inquiry information. Form contents are not placed in public URLs, browser logs, or analytics events. The confirmation email does not repeat the workflow description.

Retention, security, and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only while it is needed to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain relevant business records, or satisfy applicable legal and operational obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymized through the email or CRM process in use.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the inquiry flow, including server-side validation, rate limiting, restricted credentials, and abuse controls. This statement is not a claim of a specific certification, compliance framework, data-residency guarantee, or air-gapped operation.

Your choices and contact rights

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the inquiry information associated with your email, subject to records we must retain for legitimate legal or operational reasons. Send the request from the relevant address to connect@mankash.com.

The site may keep sanitized campaign attribution in session storage so it remains available during a single browsing session. No qualification-form response is stored there.
